Crafted from authentic Mexican spices that will take your taco night to a new level!
Directions: Take thinly cut chicken or pork, add 1/2 tablespoon of Al Pastor seasoning for each pound of meat. Add 1 cup Apple cider vinegar, 1 fresh orange or 1/4 cup of orange juice, 5 whole-peeled garlic cloves, a tablespoon of salt. Blend all and add it to the meat. Set in a food safe container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Stack it on the Trompo King and top with a prepared pineapple. Smoke at 250° until a safe internal temperature.
